Depending on your province, you may have access to the following types of coverage:
•CAA Home Insurance5: Coverage for your home, belongings and other buildings on your property. It also provides coverage for your family from legal liability to others and their property.
•CAA Condo Insurance5: Coverage for your personal belongings and your legal liability to others and their property, plus limited coverage for the interior of your unit.
•CAA Tenant Insurance5: Coverage for your personal belongings and legal liability to other people and their property.
•CAA Cottage Insurance5: When you have a primary home insured with CAA, CAA Insurance can provide inclusive policies for your cottage too. Depending on your province, CAA’s Cottage Insurance may also include rental coverage and limited coverage for watercrafts.
Depending on your province, the following additional coverages may be available:
•Home Equipment Breakdown Coverage2: This protection covers you if the freezer won’t freeze, the dryer won’t dry, or your computer no longer computes due to mechanical, electrical and pressure systems breakdown.
•Service Line Coverage2: Get help with the cost to repair lines running from your property to the street. If you have CAA Home Insurance, you can get Service Line Coverage for a minimal price per year.
•CAA Water Coverage6: Water damage is the #1 risk homeowners face, so make sure you’re covered. Depending on your province, CAA Water Coverage2 may be added through an endorsement to your property policy to provide coverage against damage caused by groundwater, surface water or a sewer backup.
In Ontario and Manitoba, Emergency Travel Medical Insurance is included with your CAA Insurance’s Home Insurance policy as a special benefit. Up to $5 million will be paid for reasonable charges incurred following an emergency resulting from a sudden accident, sickness or injury while on a trip.
